Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

The promoter is Heartland Motors Pty Limited trading as Heartland Mahindra, ABN 57 096 561 385, of 130 Sunnyholt Road, Blacktown NSW 2148 ("Promoter").

NSW Trade Promotion Authority: TP/05338

Participation in the Heartland Mahindra XUV 3XO Giveaway ("Promotion") constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

2. Promotion Period

The Promotion commences at 12:00am AEST on 1 September 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEDT on 31 October 2026 ("Promotion Period").

Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be accepted.

3. Eligibility

Entry is open to Australian residents who, at the time of entry:

• are aged 18 years or over; and
• hold a current and valid Australian driver licence.

Entrants must maintain a current and valid Australian driver licence through to the date the prize is awarded.

Employees, officers, directors and management of Heartland Motors Pty Limited, participating Heartland Mahindra dealerships, persons involved in conducting or determining the winner of the Promotion, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

The Promoter reserves the right to request proof of identity, age, Australian residency and a current valid Australian driver licence.

4. Participating Dealerships

Eligible purchases and test drives must take place at one of the following participating Heartland Mahindra dealerships:

• Heartland Mahindra Blacktown
• Heartland Mahindra Chullora
• Heartland Mahindra Penrith

5. Purchase Entry – 60 Entries

Eligible entrants who purchase an eligible new Mahindra vehicle from a participating Heartland Mahindra dealership during the Promotion Period may receive 60 entries into the prize draw.

To claim the 60 entries, the entrant must:

1. Purchase an eligible new Mahindra vehicle from Heartland Mahindra Blacktown, Chullora or Penrith during the Promotion Period.
2. Obtain the relevant competition code from their Heartland Mahindra Sales Consultant.
3. Complete the official online Promotion entry form.
4. Upload the requested purchase/delivery photo.
5. Enter the competition code supplied by their Sales Consultant.
6. Provide all other information requested on the entry form.
7. Agree to these Terms & Conditions.

The qualifying purchase and competition code will be verified against Heartland Mahindra dealership records.

A qualifying purchase must be supported by a valid contract of sale or other documentation acceptable to the Promoter.

If the qualifying purchase is cancelled, rescinded or otherwise determined to be invalid before the draw, the associated entries may be cancelled.

A valid qualifying purchase will receive 60 entries into the draw.

6. Test Drive Entry – 6 Entries

Eligible entrants who complete a qualifying Mahindra test drive at a participating Heartland Mahindra dealership during the Promotion Period may receive 6 entries into the prize draw.

To claim the 6 entries, the entrant must:

1. Complete a genuine Mahindra test drive at Heartland Mahindra Blacktown, Chullora or Penrith during the Promotion Period.
2. Take a photo associated with their Heartland Mahindra test-drive experience.
3. Post the photo to an eligible social-media account and tag Heartland Mahindra as instructed by the dealership.
4. Obtain the relevant competition code from their Heartland Mahindra Sales Consultant.
5. Complete the official online Promotion entry form.
6. Upload their test-drive photo.
7. Enter the competition code supplied by their Sales Consultant.
8. Provide all other information reasonably requested to verify the entry.
9. Agree to these Terms & Conditions.

A valid qualifying test-drive submission will receive 6 entries into the draw once verified.

7. Competition Codes

Competition codes are issued by participating Heartland Mahindra dealerships for the purpose of identifying and verifying eligible purchases and test drives.

Possession or use of a competition code does not, by itself, establish eligibility for the Promotion.

All entries using a competition code are subject to verification against the Promoter's dealership, sales and/or test-drive records.

A code that has been copied, shared, obtained without completing the relevant qualifying activity or otherwise improperly used will not result in valid entries.

The Promoter may invalidate any entries associated with unauthorised, fraudulent or improper use of a competition code.

8. Photo Submissions

Entrants must have the right to submit any photograph uploaded as part of their entry.

Photos must not contain unlawful, offensive, defamatory, discriminatory or otherwise inappropriate material.

Where another identifiable person appears in a submitted photograph, the entrant is responsible for obtaining any permission reasonably required to submit that photograph.

Submission of a photograph permits the Promoter to view, store and use the photograph for the purpose of administering and verifying the Promotion.

Any broader advertising or promotional use by Heartland Mahindra will be subject to applicable law and any additional permission required from the entrant.

9. Entry Verification

Submitting an entry through the online competition platform does not automatically mean the entry is valid.

All entries are subject to verification by Heartland Motors Pty Limited.

The Promoter may verify:

• the entrant's identity and eligibility;
• Australian driver licence status;
• vehicle purchase records;
• test-drive records;
• participating dealership;
• competition code;
• submitted photograph;
• social-media requirement, where applicable; and
• any other information reasonably required to confirm a valid entry.

Incomplete, duplicate, fraudulent, manipulated, automated or unverifiable entries may be rejected.

The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify an entrant who tampers with the entry process, submits false information, uses a competition code without completing the associated qualifying activity or otherwise breaches these Terms & Conditions.

10. Entry Allocation

Each verified qualifying vehicle purchase receives 60 entries.

Each verified qualifying test-drive entry receives 6 entries.

An entrant who legitimately qualifies through more than one permitted entry method may receive the applicable number of entries for each verified qualifying activity, subject to these Terms & Conditions.

Each individual entry represents one chance in the random prize draw.

11. Major Prize

There is one (1) Major Prize.

The Major Prize is:

One (1) 2025 Mahindra XUV 3XO AX5L Automatic in Black, including metallic paint, valued at $24,485 drive-away.

Total prize pool value: $24,485 AUD.

The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash except where required by law.

The stated drive-away value includes the applicable costs ordinarily included in the Promoter's advertised drive-away price.

Ongoing vehicle ownership expenses following delivery, including comprehensive insurance, servicing, maintenance, fuel, tolls, parking, fines and other ongoing costs, are the responsibility of the winner.

12. Prize Draw

The winner will be selected by random draw from all valid entries received during the Promotion Period.

The draw will take place:

The first valid entry randomly selected will be the provisional winner, subject to eligibility and entry verification.

13. Winner Verification and Notification

The provisional winner will be contacted using the telephone number and/or email address provided with their entry.

The provisional winner must provide satisfactory evidence of eligibility, including a current and valid Australian driver licence, together with any other identification or documentation reasonably requested by the Promoter.

The entrant will not be confirmed as the winner until all eligibility and entry requirements have been verified.

If the selected entrant is found to be ineligible or their entry is invalid, they will not be entitled to the prize.

14. Claiming the Prize

The winner must claim the prize and complete all required verification within seven (7) days of the draw.

The prize must therefore be claimed by:

10:30am AEDT on 8 November 2026.

If the provisional winner does not claim the prize and satisfy the required verification within this period, the prize will be treated as unclaimed.

15. Unclaimed Prize Draw

Subject to applicable NSW trade promotion requirements, if the Major Prize remains unclaimed, an unclaimed-prize draw will be conducted:

The first valid entry randomly selected will become the provisional replacement winner and will be subject to the same eligibility and verification requirements.

16. Social Media

The Promotion may be promoted or entered through activities involving Facebook and/or Instagram.

This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Meta, Facebook, Instagram or any other social-media platform.

Entrants must comply with the applicable terms and policies of the social-media platform used.

The Promoter is not responsible for changes to social-media platform functionality or availability outside its reasonable control.

17. Privacy

Personal information collected in connection with the Promotion will be used by Heartland Motors Pty Limited for purposes including:

• administering the Promotion;
• verifying entries and eligibility;
• contacting entrants and the winner;
• delivering the prize;
• preventing fraudulent entries; and
• satisfying legal and regulatory obligations.

The Promoter may disclose information to service providers used to administer the Promotion, including the online competition platform.

Any consent to receive future marketing communications from Heartland Mahindra should be obtained separately from acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

An entrant's decision not to consent to marketing communications will not affect an otherwise valid competition entry.

18. Online Competition Platform

The Promoter may use SweepWidget or another online competition platform to collect and administer entries.

The Promoter is not responsible for entries not received due to technical failures, internet outages or circumstances outside its reasonable control.

The Promoter may investigate technical issues and make reasonable corrections where necessary to preserve the fairness and integrity of the Promotion.

19. Fraud and Misconduct

The Promoter reserves the right to invalidate entries where it reasonably believes an entrant has:

• provided false or misleading information;
• falsified a vehicle purchase or test drive;
• shared, copied or improperly obtained a competition code;
• submitted fraudulent photo or social-media evidence;
• manipulated the entry system;
• used automated entry methods; or
• otherwise interfered with the fair operation of the Promotion.

20. Changes to the Promotion

If the Promotion cannot proceed as planned for reasons beyond the Promoter's reasonable control, the Promoter may modify, suspend or cancel the Promotion to the extent permitted by law and subject to any applicable NSW regulatory requirements.

Any material changes will be communicated to entrants and/or NSW Fair Trading where required.

21. Liability

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable legislation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible for loss, damage or injury arising from circumstances outside its reasonable control.

The winner is responsible for the safe and lawful possession and use of the prize vehicle following handover.

22. Disputes

Any complaint or dispute regarding the Promotion should first be submitted to Heartland Motors Pty Limited for review.

The Promoter will consider complaints fairly and in good faith.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits an entrant's right to contact NSW Fair Trading or exercise any other right or remedy available under applicable law.

23. General

The Promoter's decisions concerning verification and administration of the Promotion are final, subject to applicable law.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

By submitting an entry, entrants confirm that they have read, understood and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
