What You’ll Be Doing
- Deliver tailored finance and insurance (F&I) solutions that add real value
- Partner with our top sales team to identify and convert finance leads
- Manage loan applications and liaise with leading financial institutions
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and dealership policies
- Create a smooth, professional customer experience every time
- Achieve and exceed F&I targets through your sales expertise
- Build lasting relationships that drive repeat business
What You Bring to the Table
- Proven experience as a Business Manager or F&I professional in the automotive industry
- Accreditation in Finance & Insurance, with a strong understanding of compliance
- A persuasive communicator with excellent negotiation skills
- Sales-driven, customer-focused, and motivated to achieve results
- Detail-oriented and highly organised
- A current and valid driver’s licence
