Have you ever wanted to know what to do in a breakdown situation? Then a Women Motoring Workshop at Heartland may be the answer. It's a way for women to increase their motoring knowledge.

On the night we have qualified Service Technicians with vehicles to demonstrate various methods of car maintenance and safety. Each workshop can cater up to fifty women. The participants of this special women's only workshop are split  into small groups and are taken through one aspect of car maintenance at a time. Our technicians teach participants how to put air in tyres, how to change a tyre, how to jump start a car, to understand what service staff are talking about and more.

There is always great response to these successful evenings. All ages attend, and most often it is mothers with their daughters who have just started to drive. Plus to ensure the evening is enjoyable as well as informative there is tea, coffee and light dinner provided.

It's definitely a fun night which will also make women feel more comfortable, more capable and more confident on the road.

This workshop is a community service and therefore FREE of charge.
